I love watching films. I credit myself on having pretty good judgment as to what to go and see and what to absolutely stay away from.

Some film titles in themselves scream "keep away from me at all costs" (but friends drag you to see them, or they've come round and they make you rent them from Blockbuster, or you've got a free Blockbuster coupon and you think what the heck ...) whilst others beckon.

I have some films that are on my favourite list for various reasons. And then there are those films that you see and then you really wish you hadn't. You know the ones, you can see the tragic ending coming a long way off, and you know if you finish it you'll regret it, but you keep watching anyway. Know what I mean?

And then there are what I call "rewind moments" — you know when you just have to rewind right!

You'll find that my film reviews may not always be the type you're used to (some may tell you nothing about the film), but enjoy them anyway.

I find if I want to see a film it makes no difference what someone else says about it, (after all a film review is just one person's opinion, and we are all entitled to one of those) but this is my site, and so I get to sound off a little about one of my favourite pastimes.
